Our UniQ Skool or Future School is not dependent on any pedagogy (school methodology). It is selfmotivated and child-led (as per child's interests), with lots of inputs from mentors and support from parents. The parent is merely the facilitator. That does not mean parents are not involved.

“Unschooling” allows learners to be “naturally curious”; and this is because children do not have to be forced to learn. Kids learn all day, every day! If we just allow and motivate kids to follow their interests, there is a never-ending web of knowledge out there waiting for them.

Our Future School involves teaching based on learning facts, gathering knowledge and committing to memory, followed by reasoning and logic application to the knowledge acquired and further bringing in the skills of judgment and intuition.

We Interact:

• With parents during orientation, where we take you through the entire year of education before the class begins.
• Regularly on a one-on-one basis with definite intervals to update your child's development and performance during classes throughout the year.
• By arranging parent-child counseling on point-to-point development in child's interest area.
• By taking suggestions, opinions and feedback from parents.

Approach to learning:

• Learning involves individual and group activities with small batch size of maximum 6 to 8 kids. Activities with parents are also a part of learning.
• Opportunities to get extra help for every child based on one-to-one approach.
• Regular assessments to identify each child's interest and to encourage the same.
• Classes of one hour each of maximum four hours in a day will be held at different intervals and not continuous through the day. Weekly 5 days/10 months a year will be set aside for learning and teaching.
• The subjects will be chosen strictly based on the age group of children in the batch. based on the age group of children in the batch.
